  1. Open any program in your computer like video song, my computer, Web browser, etc.
  2. Look for a Print Scrn / SysRq button on your keyboard. It is generally found right next to the F12 button.
  3. Press the Print Scrn
  4. Now, click to open Start Menu.
  5. Go to Accessories and navigate to Paint.
  6. Click to open Paint in your computer.
  7. Now, go to left corner at the top. You will find Paste option in Home
  8. Click Paste. You can press Ctrl + V key combination as well.
  9. The screenshot you took by pressing Print Scrn button will appear here.
  10. Go to File and click Save
  11. Now select a file format from – pngjpgbmpjpeggif.
  12. Now, click the Save
  13. Open the File Explorer and go to Pictures in Libraries.
  14. You will find your Screenshot there.
