View the Progress History

  4. To save the image of your progress, go to the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Tap the Share button.
  6. Tap Save Image icon.

View the Achievements

  2. Scroll to down at the bottom to Achievement.
  3. Tap to open it.
  4. Select to open any Achievement symbol and view.

Disable Activity Notification, Achievement Alerts, Stand Reminders

  1. Open the Watch app in your iOS device.
  2. Select the My Watch section and tap to open it.
  3. Now go to Activity and toggle off the buttons for Stand Reminders and Daily Coaching.
